I spoke to Nationstar rep today and asked when they would be implementing HARP 2.0. Her response was, Fannie and Freddie will be announcing all the new program changes on February 16th. And, they would be updating us on when they will implement the changes. Should her statement hold up then I’m guessing our lenders [...]

I have an owner occupied (50% LTV) rate and term refi condo in small 4 unit building……2 units are owner occupied while two units are investment property. Any ideas of a lender that would entertain this loan. Thank You Philip Cheresh
