State: CA, County: LA, Loan Amount: 290k, Value: 240k, LTV:120+%, Prop type: Condo, Occ: n/o/o (FNMA loan, DU Refi Plus)

Current servicer is Nationstar, but I’d like to choose another lender, but it seems that I’m running into 105%/110% CLTV limits when the loan is serviced elsewhere. Nationstar’s retail has offered the borrower 4.875%, 1.875pts.

Are any of our lenders offering DU Refi Plus with the ‘real’ HARP 2 guidelines (without the artificial LTV limitations)?

HARP 2.0 RUMOR

I spoke to Nationstar rep today and asked when they would be implementing HARP 2.0. Her response was, Fannie and Freddie will be announcing all the new program changes on February 16th. And, they would be updating us on when they will implement the changes.

Should her statement hold up then I’m guessing our lenders will be implementing some time in March.

CONDO REFI IN 4 UNIT BUILDING WITH 50% NON OWNER OCCUPIED

I have an owner occupied (50% LTV) rate and term refi condo in small 4 unit building……2 units are owner occupied while two units are investment property.

Any ideas of a lender that would entertain this loan.

Hi Everyone,

Curious what feedback everyone has on using LoanSifter given our mix of lenders. For those of you using it, what do you like about it and what don’t you like?

Also, is anyone using their Eorigination platform and if so what do you think of it?

Anyone know who is doing NOO to 80%??
